1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with kb44 or by accessing any part of our website, mobile platform, or gaming services, you unconditionally agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents form a single, integrated agreement between you and kb44. Your continued use of the platform following any modification to these terms signifies your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms & Conditions are effective as of the date last updated and apply to all players accessing kb44 from Bangladesh, including residents of Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. 2. Eligibility Requirements

3. Account Registration & Verification

Creating multiple accounts with the intent to claim bonuses more than once, circumvent account limits, or for any other fraudulent purpose is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. kb44 strongly advises using a strong, unique password and enabling any two-factor authentication features available on the platform. You must notify kb44 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. kb44 cannot be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain adequate account security.

KYC Verification

kb44 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with industry best practices. You may be required to provide valid government-issued identification (such as a National Identity Card or passport), proof of address, and proof of your payment method. We reserve the right to request this documentation at any stage of your account lifecycle, including prior to processing any withdrawal.

Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have their withdrawal privileges temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete. kb44 takes anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance seriously and cooperates with all applicable regulatory obligations.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

It is your responsibility to ensure that the account details you provide for deposits and withdrawals are accurate and belong to you personally.

Withdrawal Conditions

Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus amount, percentage, and minimum qualifying deposit are stated clearly on the promotion page at the time of the offer. All welcome bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Bonus Abuse Policy

kb44 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. The following practices are strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate cancellation of bonuses and associated winnings, suspension of the account, and permanent banning from the platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once (bonus multi-accounting).
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to game the platform's bonus or promotional systems.
• Systematically betting on both sides of the same outcome to lock in a guaranteed win from a bonus (bonus arbitrage).

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kb44 platform. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited activities will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and kb44 reserves the right to permanently close the account and retain any funds pending anti-fraud review:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Colluding with other players, staff, or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or event.
• Using any software, technique, or device to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other activity intended to disguise the proceeds of illegal activity.

kb44 reserves the right to report any prohibited or suspicious activity to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities in Bangladesh, in accordance with applicable laws.

7. Responsible Gaming

kb44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity and not a source of financial distress. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the kb44 platform or its content without the prior written consent of kb44. Any unauthorised use may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms & Conditions are reserved by kb44.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kb44 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory. kb44 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.

10. Amendments to These Terms

kb44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, other than as required by law. The most current version of these terms will always be available on this page with the effective date displayed at the top. We may also notify registered players of material changes via email or in-platform notification where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of kb44 after any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with a revised version of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the jurisdiction where kb44 is registered.
